Loved the food and the service was fantastic!! We had a family dinner here and loved it, I got the salmon which was delicious. We used to go when there were more locations but we’re so happy there’s still a location in lancaster! Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for some good food!
Ordered a carry out and drove all the way there to find out i had forgotten my physical card, i believe her name was Lilianna, was so caring and helpful in getting the situation figured out! the food was awesome!
We got there right at 11:30 am opening today on a Sunday. Within 30 mins, the entire restaurant was full?! Felt like Covid was finally over! Two of us got the new BBQ pulled pork sandwiches and they were very hearty, not greasy and tasty! Love the buns!! The warm breadsticks are still heavenly and so are the choc chip cookies! Three of the sides we got today were the coleslaw (pretty good) the steamed broccoli (always fresh and good) and the red skinned potatoes (fantastic)! The french onion soup and salad were excellent! The salads there are always fresh!!! The restaurant and restrooms were clean and the parking lot is easy to get in and out off right of Rt. 33. So very glad Lancaster staunchly supports one of the only two Max & Erma locations left!
Drove 45 minutes and had the best experience. Katelin was our server and she rocked! We placed our whole order right off the bat and she spaced out everything perfectly-she didn't miss anything. Food was cooked perfectly and tasted great. We were so thrilled to know there was still a Max & Ermas left and they didn't disappoint. Please send praise to Katelin cause we will request her next time we come and please stay in business!!

I am a big fan of their Philly Cheese Steak, but it is a crime that they do not carry horseradish sauce! LFG!
Went on Saturday around 1pm. Service was great. I had a bowl of tortilla soup while waiting on my garbage burger-these are why I travel almost an hour to come here! Delicious!! Husband got a side salad and the club. He liked both of his.
We stopped here for takeout while in Lancaster. The food was prepared quickly and tasted great. Counter/bar service was pleasant and efficient. This is a good place to visit for a meal.
